This program is designed to provide a broad overview of the Canadian grain industry. Particular emphasis will be on the objectives and operations of the key
players in the industry (private sector and government) and their inter-relationship with other organizations involved in the grain industry.

Non-grain inspectors will be split into two groups for this session. The first group will demo from 11:15 to 11:55am, and the second will demo from 11:55am to 12:35pm. 
While not in the demo, participants can have free time, or Winnipeg staff can return to their desks.
